Jim Rae - Managing Director

Jim joined Docuserve in January 2002, having spent the previous 14 years working within the Document Management Services arena with Xerox, Tactica Solutions and Waddies. Jim has been responsible for creating and managing national sales, project and contract management teams and has led these teams to winning and managing £125m of document creation, production and distribution contracts, throughout Europe. Jim has had major contractual successes in both commercial and public bodied projects and was instrumental in creating cross functional focus groups that helped increase customer satisfaction by 25%.

After becoming Managing Director of Docuserve Digital in March 2004, Jim led and managed an MBO of the business in July 2005, to which Elevate was born. Jim's focus for the business is to increase the market share within Europe and further a field.
